Hempcrete's Future, Hemp Magazine Cover Story

This past summer I was invited out to beautiful Bellingham, Washington, to photograph the hempcrete construction process at the Highland Hemp House. A project initiated by educator, artist, and hemp activist Pamela Bosch, the Highland Hemp House is a pioneering project in the State of Washington implementing hemp-lime and other natural materials for retrofit to create an ideal, healthy living space.

Founded by entrepreneur and builder Matthew Mead, Hempitecture, specializes in hempcrete construction, material supply, installation, planning, and consulting.
