STEP ONE: DISCOVERY CALL

After your initial inquiry, you’ll receive an email with an e-calendar link inviting you to schedule a Discovery Call for a day/time that works best for you. During our call, we’ll discuss your photography needs, budget, scheduling availability, my approach, and whether I’m the photographer for you. I would love to work with you if you are passionate about your business, find value in the skillset I have to offer, and are ready to trust the creative process in my hands. If you prefer to chat by video conference, let me know!


STEP TWO: BOOKING & ONBOARDING

If you’re ready to book after our call, I’ll send you a link to a password-protected Client Dashboard. This is where you’ll be able to review and sign a service agreement, pay your retainer, keep track of our communication, and access a digital library of resources you’ll find helpful before, during, and after your photoshoot.


STEP THREE: PREPARING FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT

Once your services agreement is finalized and your retainer is paid, I’ll send you an in-depth questionnaire to complete within your Client Dashboard. This process helps me gain a refined understanding of your brand/product/team before my boots ever hit the ground.


STEP FOUR: ACCESSING & UTILIZING YOUR PERKS

In the weeks leading up to your photoshoot, I’ll invite you to explore the resource library within your Client Dashboard to help you prepare for your photoshoot and make the most of your deliverables. Some examples include:

  • Welcome Guide: a step-by-step guide on how to prepare for your photoshoot and what to expect

  • Release Forms: to ensure you have your team members’ permission to use their likeness in marketing material

  • Photo Strategy Guide: recommendations for storing, organizing, and using your new digital assets

  • Social Media Planner: content prompts and ready-made captions to take the guesswork out of social media and get the most from your photography investment


STEP FIVE: CAPTURING CONTENT & PRESENTING DELIVERABLES

This step will vary depending on the type of photoshoot you’ve booked, but don’t worry, we’ll cover all the details in the weeks leading up to the day of your project. Deliverables are typically presented 7-14 business days following your shoot date in an online digital asset management program. This is where you’ll pay the remaining balance of your invoice, and your images will be automatically delivered to your inbox as a compressed .zip file.


STEP SIX: FOLLOW-UP & FEEDBACK

I’ll reconnect by phone or video chat to ensure you’re happy with the deliverables, answer any questions you may have, and discuss a strategic plan for utilizing your images. If you’d like to take your project even further, we can discuss reoccurring monthly or quarterly photoshoots to keep your content strategy fresh and engaging.
